Arsenal @ 6.0 (5/1)
Arsenal had the longest time in history at the top of the league (35 weeks), but they still lost to the Citizens at the end. They will come back stronger this season after making some great transfers. Declan Rice is the new record signing for the Gunners, coming from West Ham United. They also got Kai Havertz from Chelsea, who will be a good addition to their attack. Arsenal’s chances are up there to win the league, and they will be one of the big contenders for the title.
Liverpool @ 9.0 (8/1)
Liverpool finished in fifth place last season and missed out on the Champions League for the first time since 2016. The Reds had big problems in defense and midfield last year, but with their transfers, they can compete again for the title. Liverpool got the two midfielders Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai in the summer, and they are also expected to bring another player in before the transfer window closes.
Manchester United @ 15.0 (14/1)
Manchester United are improving under their new coach, Erik ten Hag. They finished in third place last season in the Premier League after finishing sixth in 2022. The Red Devils have won the most championships of any English club (20), but they haven’t won the title since 2013. Manchester United had a problem in the striker position last season, but they now have Rasmus Hojlund from Atlanta. Their chances of winning the Premier League aren’t as good as those of the Citizens or the Gunners, but they can cause a surprise.
Chelsea @ 18.0 (17/1)
Chelsea are in a rebuilding season with a lot of transfers in the summer. They signed the two forwards, Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson. They also had Malo Gusto and Levi Colwill return from their loans. This will also be the first year for Mauricio Pochettino as the Blues coach. Chelsea had disappointing results last season, finishing in the bottom half of the table in 12th position, but they are expected to have a much better performance this year.

23/24 Premier League Outright Winner Prediction
Manchester City to Win Outright @ 1.80 (4/5)
2 (100%)

According to the Premier League odds, Manchester City are unsurprisingly expected to win the league once again. They won their third straight title last season and fifth championship in the last six years. Pep Guardiola is one of the best coaches in the Premier League and has been great with the Citizens. Manchester City had the best attack in the league last season with 94 goals scored, and they are also tied for the best defense, conceding only 33 goals.
Manchester City has dominated the league in recent years and can definitely do the same in the new season. The only concern for them is losing players like Riyad Mahrez, Ilkay Gundogan, and potentially Kyle Walker. However, they got Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea and would replace the departures of the other two as well, with Josko Guardiol being close to the official presentation.
High-Odds Winner Prediction 2023–24 English Premier League
Arsenal to Win Outright @ 6.0 (5/1)

Arsenal’s odds of winning the title are really enticing, especially since they improved their squad depth for this season. Kai Havertz, Declan Rice, and Jurrien Timber are all great signings for the team, in addition to Folarin Balogun coming back from his loan. The Gunners had the second-best attack last season and were tied with the third-fewest goals conceded. They have a young team that is hungry to win, and they will compete for the title once again after a disappointing end to last season.

Chelsea is looking good under Pochettino, as they won three and drew one of their first four pre-season matches. The Blues now have a great striker in Christopher Nkunku, who scored 36 league goals over the last two years for RB Leipzig. They are also expected to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton to play with Enzo Fernandez in midfield. In four of the last five years, the Blues finished inside the top four, and Chelsea’s odds to return to top-4 this season are pretty promising.
Liverpool to Win Outright Without Manchester City @ 4.0 (3/1)

(50%) 1
Liverpool is the only club to win the Premier League in the last six years outside of Manchester City. They were also close to winning the title in 2022 and 2019, but they lost both to the Citizens by only one point. The Reds are making big moves in the summer, especially in the midfield, and that was one of the weaknesses of the team last season.
Liverpool had the third-best offense in the league last season. They now have a stacked attack that consists of Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez, Cody Gakpo, Diogo Jota, and Luis Diaz, who came back from his long-lasting injury. The Reds have won 19 championships and will be trying to tie Manchester United for the most EPL titles, but they should add one or two defensive players before the season start.
