Riyadh marks one of five new venues joining LIV Golf’s tournament schedule. The competition will occur at the Riyadh Golf Club as a three-round event. The tournament starts on February 6 and concludes two days later.
2025 LIV Golf Riyadh features a distinctive format as a nighttime competition played under floodlights. The field comprises 54 players, 13 teams, and two additional Wild Card entries. Players will compete for a substantial $25 million prize pool, where $20 million has been allocated for the individual event, while a team tournament gets a $5 million purse.

Understanding LIV Golf League
Before revealing our Riyadh 2025 LIV Golf predictions, let’s examine the tournament’s structure. The tournament will feature 54 players across 13 teams. Two additional Wild Card entries (Anthony Kim and Lee Chieh-po) will also compete at the event.
Each event honors both an individual and a team winner. Points are awarded based on finishing positions, contributing to the overall standings for the season-long Individual and Team Championships. The lowest score after the third day determines the individual winner of each tournament.
In the team competition, the scores of each team’s top three players are considered for the first two rounds, while all four scores are counted in the final round. The team with the lowest combined score at the end of the tournament is declared the winner. As the inaugural LIV Riyadh Golf event, there are no previous winners.
