The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix returns to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit for the fifth time in the track’s history. Practice and qualifying will take place between April 18–19, with the main race booked for Sunday, April 20, 2025.

The Jeddah Corniche Circuit stretches 6.174 kilometres with 27 corners, making it the second-longest and fastest street circuit on the F1 calendar. With average speeds topping 250 km/h, it features high-speed, flowing sections like the banked Turn 13 and the flat-out Turns 22 to 27. Precision and courage are essential here, while three DRS zones offer ample overtaking opportunities.
Lewis Hamilton won the inaugural race in 2021, while Max Verstappen has won it twice since then.

Max Verstappen’s Formula 1 Saudi Arabian GP 2025 odds show he’s falling down the pecking order as the favourite to win in Jeddah. Verstappen has only one win from four races this season, after winning from pole in Japan. Brake issues and pit-stop errors limited him to sixth in Bahrain. Despite past success in Jeddah with two wins in three years, the Flying Dutchman doesn’t look likely to clinch the top spot in this contest. However, we can not entirely rule him out. Verstappen’s talent is unquestioned, but victory will be challenging without a reliable car.
George Russell has yet to win a race this year, but he’s up there with the best. The Mercedes driver has claimed three podiums in the four races so far, one more than the reigning champion Verstappen. The 27-year-old finished next to Oscar Piastri last Sunday in 2nd place and ahead of the championship leader Norris. Charles Leclerc battled brake issues, DRS problems, and tyre wear to finish fourth in Bahrain. That marked his second consecutive fourth-place finish, following a similar result in Japan. Now trailing Norris by eight points, there’s little room for error in the fight for the championship. Having won two of his last three races in Jeddah, the Dutchman knows the Jeddah Corniche Circuit well. A podium finish is the least we expect from the reigning champion on Sunday.
