The Jupiler Pro League is back after an exciting end to the last season, with Antwerp being the defending champions. The 2023–24 season will be the 121st edition of the Belgian Pro League Football Championship. The competition runs from July 28th, 2023, to May 26th, 2024, and it will be the 15th season with the championship and relegation group format.
The Royal Belgium Football Association decided to start the Jupiler Pro League 2023/24 season on July 28, 2023, and end on May 26, 2024. Each team plays 30 matches throughout the regular season, and then come the Championship, Relegation, and Conference League play-offs.

The Belgian Pro League is organized in a relegation/promotion style with the Challenger Pro League, and it consists of 16 teams, each playing 30 matches in the regular season. After that, each team enters one of the three groups (Play-offs I, Play-offs II, or relegation) according to their position in the table.
The Play-offs I group is the competition for the Championship title. The top 6 teams from the regular season enter for a chance to grab the title. The points are halved, then each team plays an additional ten games in the playoffs (double round-robin).
