With 23 days until Euro 2024 gets underway in Munich, it’s time to take a look at EURO 2024 betting odds for this summer’s tournament. England and France are the clear favourites, but there have been plenty of surprise winners of the European Championships over the years, including Denmark in 1992, Greece in 2004, and Portugal in 2016.

On this occasion, though, we are focusing on the best longshot bets to win the tournament. For this purpose, we have ruled out the six favourites.
The Netherlands get the runner-up of Group F if they win their group. If they are second behind France, they will likely face Slovakia, Romania, or Ukraine. That’s a very favourable draw.
Being drawn with France contributes to their 18/1 price.
The Netherlands got a boost with news that Frenkie de Jong is likely to be fit, and they have some excellent defensive personnel in Virgil van Dijk, Matthijs de Ligt, Nathan Ake, and Stefan de Vrij.
This squad isn’t as talented as France, Portugal, England or Germany, but the Netherlands have a solid balance and upside in the final third. If a couple of their forwards find form at the right time, they could go on a run. They were only a penalty shootout away from a World Cup semi-final berth 18 months ago.
Serbia were a popular dark horse pick at the 2022 World Cup. They haven’t qualified for the Euros since 2000, and have fallen at the group stage of the last two World Cups. Still, they will fancy their chances of progressing from Group C with Denmark, England, and Slovenia.
If Serbia are runner-up in the group, they will face the winner of Group A.
This could be hosts Germany, but it could easily be Hungary, who went unbeaten in qualifying. While Serbia failed to beat the Magyars in qualification, they certainly have the talent to win a one-off knockout matchup.
There is experience throughout the squad. The defence has several proven performers, and the attacking trio of Aleksandar Mitrović, Luka Jović, and Dušan Vlahović give Dragan Stojković plenty of options.
Belgium have largely waved goodbye to their Golden Generation. If they win their group, they get to face a third-placed team, but then they’re likely taking on the Netherlands or France in the quarters.
These factors all contribute to the Red Devils being out at 18/1 to lift the trophy.
While this team doesn’t have as many superstars as past tournaments, there’s still plenty of talent, including in-form duo Jérémy Doku and Loïs Openda. Kevin De Bruyne has every chance of being the best player in these Euros, and there are some good options in midfield, including Everton’s Amadou Onana.
