January Transfer Window 2024 Odds

European clubs have the chance to add to their squads in the coming weeks, with the January transfer window open until February 1, 2024.

With several tight title races across the continent and many contenders to win the Champions League, this is a valuable opportunity for managers across Europe to bring in more quality.

Which players could still secure moves before the deadline? We have picked out five possible transfers and looked at the possibility of each of them going through.

Player Interested Club Transfer Odds Bookmaker
âš½ Conor Gallagher Tottenham Hotspur Evens SkyBet
âš½ Joao Palhinha Bayern Munich 4/1 bet365
âš½ Paulo Dybala Chelsea 5/1 SkyBet
âš½ Pedro Neto Arsenal 6/1 BetVictor
âš½ Kalvin Phillips Juventus 7/4 SkyBet

Conor Gallagher to Tottenham Hotspur (Evens)

Other Interested Clubs

  • Newcastle United: 20/1 (SkyBet)
  • West Ham United: 25/1 (SkyBet)
  • Crystal Palace: 33/1 (SkyBet)

Conor Gallagher has arguably been Chelsea’s standout performer so far this season, but he is still being linked with a move away. Since the midfielder is an academy product, a sale would help the Blues from a Financial Fair Play perspective.

Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea’s London rivals, are the favourites to sign him. Gallagher reportedly wants to stay at Stamford Bridge, though, and Mauricio Pochettino will not want to lose him either.

Joao Palhinha to Bayern Munich (4/1)

Other Interested Clubs

  • Manchester City: 20/1 (bet365)
  • Arsenal: 20/1 (bet365)
  • Liverpool: 25/1 (bet365)

Joao Palhinha came close to joining Bayern Munich last summer, but the deal fell through at the eleventh hour as Fulham could not find a replacement. Given Thomas Tuchel’s team are not top of the Bundesliga, they may well try again for the Portugal international in January.

Fulham would no doubt prefer to sell the midfielder at the end of the season, but every player has his price.

Paulo Dybala to Chelsea (5/1)

Positions Last Season

  • Manchester United: 10/1 (SkyBet)
  • Aston Villa: 12/1 (SkyBet)
  • Tottenham Hotspur: 16/1 (SkyBet)

Chelsea have struggled to score goals in 2023/24, so it is no surprise to see them being linked with attacking reinforcements. One player on their radar is Paulo Dybala, who currently plies his trade for Roma.

The Argentine recently suffered an injury, though, casting doubt on whether he will move on this month. Chelsea will be keeping close tabs on the situation.

Pedro Neto to Arsenal (6/1)

Other Interested Clubs

  • Liverpool: 8/1 (BetVictor)
  • Aston Villa: 16/1 (BetVictor)
  • Manchester United: 20/1 (Unibet)

Pedro Neto was one of the Premier League’s most productive forwards before he suffered an injury in October. The Wolverhampton Wanderers winger is closing in on a return, but he might not be at Molineux for much longer.

Arsenal are keen to add Neto to their ranks before the transfer deadline, but they will have to pay a handsome sum for a player under contract until 2027.

Kalvin Phillips to Juventus (7/4)

Other Interested Clubs

  • Newcastle United: 4/6 (SkyBet)
  • Paris Saint-Germain: 12/1 (SkyBet)
  • Tottenham Hotspur: 12/1 (SkyBet)

Kalvin Phillips will almost certainly leave Manchester City this month. The former Leeds United man is understandably desperate to play regular football again, and teams in England and abroad are reportedly keen to sign him.

Juventus are one of his foreign suitors. They are locked in a two-way tussle for the Serie A title with Inter and are looking to bolster their options in the centre of the park before the deadline on February 1.
